Taste of heaven in North Myrtle Beach! Needed a birthday cake and they were on it fast. Best cake we've ever had. The owner and daughter were very friendly and helpful. Too bad they are so far from home.

I was very impressed with the variety of items - several types each of scones, breakfast sweet rolls, danish, brownies, cookies, etc. and that was just one display case. Another case had many cupcakes and fancier items for special occasions. They were doing a brisk business on a Saturday at 10:30am. The girl who worked there even boxed up some of the smaller items for me, it made a cute presentation. We got an assortment of things and they're all yummy! They have a bread baking schedule for each day of the week, so take advantage of that and place an order. This is a "take out" bakery - there's no seating or tables inside. We will definitely return here.

AWESOME!!!!!! The bear claws are to die for!!!!! We went twice while on our vacation and even stopped on our way home to take goodies back with us. We had friends go down on vacation and we had them bring us stuff back!! The staff is super friendly. We have some awesome bakeries in Pittsburgh and it's hard to find a good bakery in the soutb, well even a bakery!

My family and I loved this place! Very reasonably priced. We had 2 huge gourmet cupcakes @$2 a piece, that were moist and delicious! We also got a loaf of the onion cheddar bread sliced to go, because the samples were so good & only$3! Definitely go here!

We never pass this place up when we are in town. And we get there early so we can get the BEST Crumb Cake outside of New York. Its all so wonderful, right down to the dog treats. Yankee and Fido seal of approval.

This place is a gem! I swear I'd buy a house near here just so I could go all the time! We had a delicious assortment of goodies including chcolate cupcakes, chocolate covered strawberries, a crumb bun (of course) and a cinnamon roll. All were to die for! I especially loved the frosted cupcake. My girlfriend was in love with the cinnamon bun. Definitely a must stop in North Myrtle Beach!!

My family and I stopped here the day after thanksgiving to pick up a cake for my sisters birthday. We ended up with a cake, a pie and 8 cupcakes! The red velvet cake was excellent and was reasonably priced at $14.99. The cupcakes are BIG and a great value at $1.99. The coconut custard was also excellent and a steal at $5!! They also carried an extensive selection of baked goods and breads. The two ladies working were very kind and helped us with our selections. I've been wanting stop here for a while and so glad we did today. We will be back!!

So I walk into Crumb Buns Bakery for the first time. On vacation from Pittsburgh. I was a little disappointed that there were no donuts as that was what I really wanted to buy. Passed by a donut shop on the way to Crumb Buns and I'm glad I did. Crumb Buns has mostly danish, biscotti and muffins. So I bought a variety of danish and biscotti. Danish were huge and sooooo good. Biscotti were very good too. This place may have the best danish I've ever had. Loved the strawberry and cheese danish. Try this place I promise you won't be disappointed.

My first job was working in a bakery. I can spot pre made pastries a mile away. I was thrilled to see ever item in the cases we made on the premises. They were divine! We snatched the last apple pie they had and enjoyed after we returned from the beach. It was as good as my grandmothers!!

Came in to get a special cake, the lady that helped us was amazing! The cake looked fantastically delicious and she gave us exactly what we wanted! I totally recommend :)

I found the mother load! Since moving here to South Carolina, I had driven past this bakery several times and always told myself that I needed to stop in. Today I just drive by and then made a U-turn and I'm so glad I did. The case was filled with breakfast treats, cookies, apple turnovers, cinnamon rolls, etc... And another case had cakes, cupcakes and another pastries. Behind the counter they have fresh baked breads. I tasted the fax cocoa and will be getting that next time. The cinnamon/raisin roll was to die for as well as the apple fritter and turnover. I've only tasted the Sundae cupcake so far, but it was delicious. I'm so happy that I found my new go to bakery in my new home town. The shop is next a flea market in the same building on highway 17. Heading south it is on the right and if you pass Dicks Pawn shop on your left, then you've gone too far! So turn around!

We got several items to share between my whole family. It was all very good! No complaint, just not quite 5 star worthy, but definitely worth a visit! It's always nice to support local businesses. So skip the big chain doughnuts, and buy your family some fresh danishes and cinnamon buns!

Bakery is average. Nothing special. Crumb buns were just ok. The case was not filled maybe because it was late in the day...either way I don't feel a need to return.

Went while visiting and just saw it out of the corner of my eye. The place smelled AMAZING! We were told that the small pineapple upside down cakes were just out of the oven so we got one of those and a family size crumb cake, because you can't go to a place named Crumb Buns and not get their crumb cake. Both items were delicious and we can't wait to go back again! Super sweet girl working the counter.

We got an assorted box of goodies on our way out of Myrtle Beach. It was well worth the stop! We arrived just shortly after they opened so everything was still warm. I had a sticky bun and the kids both had bear claws. There was a lot of quiet coming from the back seat as the kids devoured their treats. My sticky bun was wonderful--less like a cinnamon roll and more like a pastry. My wife had a cinnamon roll and said it was amazing. A little bit later (after the kids were distracted with electronics) I broke into the box and grabbed the crumb bun. It too was amazing, though it isn't exactly the kind of thing you would want to eat in the car as the topping is a little bit messy. Highly recommend!
